Mercuri International are the sales training experts, empowering companies in over 50 countries. Their trainings are built around the organisation’s specific needs. They are operating in so many different countries.
Part of my job was to automate their events/trainings publication and remove those past the event/training time. Seems simple, doesn’t it? However, without going in any specifics, their events are structured in a complex manner, making it hard to look for so many parameters when removing an event. Since it’s a multi site operating in so many countries and having so many events/trainings simultaneously. Automating this was a big help to reduce manual efforts for the team.
Improving the interface and experience was an ongoing effort to always strive to make the site perform better.
